OUR PHILOSOPHY

Rerooting The Wine Experience In An Urban Setting

Our mission is to produce world class wines at our Fredericksburg facility using 100% Texas grown fruit and ‘reroot’ them at our home base in downtown San Antonio for you to enjoy. Wine should be accessible for every day enjoyment; not tucked away in the back of a cellar. Our tasting room is a space to try new things and ask questions. We want help you find the wines you love in approachable and energetic setting. Taste, refill and repeat!

She also holds a level 2 (Certified Sommelier) title with the Court of Master Sommeliers.

OUR VIBE

Beauty and Irreverence

Industrial and agricultural, artistic and structured, chaotic and refined-how many things can describe both wine and Texas? Much of the Texas acreage that now produces grapes was committed to traditional cash crops before a handful of agricultural visionaries turned their mineral rich soil into world class winegrowing. We want to continue that tradition of discovery and alternate usage with our customers. We’ve used the reclaimed industrial equipment and some of our favorite artists to create a unique setting for you to be challenged, yet comfortable. Texas wine is a liquid passion and we hope you fall in love.
